Anne C. Sullivan Anne Sullivan is an associate at Gaebe Mullen Antonelli & DiMatteo. She is currently focusing her practice in the fields of personal injury and insurance defense, bad faith litigation, premises liability defense, and professional liability defense. She also works extensively in the areas of insurance coverage questions and the defense of sexual abuse cases, as well as

disability law defense.

Ms. Sullivan concentrates her practice in trial support and appellate work, and has done over 50 appeals and extraordinary writs and has over three dozen reported appellate decisions. She handles appeals in state and Federal appeals courts, including brief writing and oral argument.

Ms. Sullivan gained valuable experience during her law school years by first interning and then working within the Federal Court system in the Southern District of Florida. She interned and then clerked for a United States Magistrate Judge.

She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Dade County Defense Bar Association, and the Coral Gables Bar Association.

Ms. Sullivan is Assistant Editor of The Record, the journal of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section.

She is a member of the Dade County Bar Association Appellate Court Committee, Young Lawyers Section Continuing Legal Education Committee, the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, and the Third District Court of Appeal Historical Society. She is a board member of the Dade County Defense Bar Association. She is also a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute as well as The Rosemary Barkett Appellate American Inn of Court.

Ms. Sullivan is also member of the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes Project, accepting pro bono representation of Florida homeowners affected by the mortgage crisis.
