James Robertson, III
James S. Robertson, III, received his law degree from the University of Miami where he was an editor of the University of Miami International Law Journal. Mr. Robertson has twenty-seven years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal court. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and commercial litigation with a focus on automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, aviation, maritime law and complex commercial cases. He has helped create new law in the maritime field.
Admitted to the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Robertson is also a member of the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Florida Justice Association. He has earned an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
