John S. Gaebe, Of Counsel

John S. Gaebe has been a trial attorney for over 26 years, successfully representing clients throughout the entire state of Florida. Over that period of time, Mr. Gaebe has forged a reputation as a truly exceptional litigator due in large part to his unrelenting tenacity and resolve in seeking the absolute best results for his clients. During his stellar courtroom career, including well over a decade as a senior partner at the nationally recognized litigation firm of Haddad, Josephs, Jack & Gaebe, he demonstrated fastidious preparation and a profound understanding of the law in a wide variety of civil and commercial cases, including matters involving catastrophic losses/wrongful death, product liability, negligent security, professional negligence (medical and legal), building and roadway construction, interstate and intrastate trucking and motor vehicle operations and civil rights. Mr. Gaebe has also successfully served many clients in reference to insurance coverage and Bad Faith issues.

Mr. Gaebe is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts and is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Miami Dade Justice Association, the Dade County Defense Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA). Mr. Gaebe has spoken at a wide variety of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs on such topics as evidence, insurance, products liability, demonstrative evidence and medical legal issues and was long ago acknowledged by Martindale Hubbell with its “AV” rating.

Mr. Gaebe also serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

In addition to his unwavering dedication to the interests of his clients and the preservation of the integrity of the judicial system, Mr. Gaebe has been equally committed to the interests of his community and state having served in a wide variety of civic minded capacities including Chairman of the Board of the local YMCA and Chancellor of St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
