  • George E. Hebert

    George E. Hebert, Jr. is a partner with the firm’s West Palm Beach office and practices in multiple areas of civil litigation, including: premises liability, construction defects, condominium/ home owner association liability, first party litigation, commercial litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death.

    A South Louisiana native, George received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 2001. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2005 from New England school of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Palm Beach Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the American Inns of Court.

    With over a decade of litigation experience, George has handled a multitude of different cases, many through verdict at trial. A skilled negotiator, he has also handled hundreds of mediations with successful resolution outcomes for his clients and prides himself in his ability to facilitate effective dispute resolution, at every phase, including pre-suit matters.

    Outside of his practice, George is committed to fostering youth scholastic and athletic excellence through his volunteer service as a volleyball and lacrosse coach for the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association, which he also provides legal services for, pro bono.
