Jaclyn Gil, an associate with the firm, joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn was an Assistant State Attorney with the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida (Dade County), where she began her career in the Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Unit and continued her career into the felony division. During her time at the State Attorney’s Office, she handled numerous cases and conducted both jury and non-jury trials.

Mrs. Gil then expanded her litigation skills in the civil arena while working as in house counsel for Progressive Insurance Company, Farmers Insurance Company and Kemper Insurance Company respectively where she handled numerous PIP claims on behalf of the carriers and individual insureds against bodily injury actions.

Mrs. Gil is a graduate of Smith College, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Sociology. During law school, she served as a member of the St. Thomas University School of Law’s Moot Court team and participated in the Certified Legal Intern program with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
