Kyle M. Butz, an associate, joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Butz currently focuses his practice in the areas of first-party property insurance defense and civil litigation.
Mr. Butz graduated from Duquesne University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. Mr. Butz attended the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Butz served as the president of the Business and Corporate Law Society and worked as a research assistant for a bankruptcy professor.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Butz worked as an intern for a civil litigation law firm focusing on condominium association litigation and aviation law. Mr. Butz also served as an intern for the Office of Medicare Hearing and Appeals, where he drafted recommendation opinions for various Administrative Law Judges. In 2016, Mr. Butz began working with the firm as a law clerk before joining the firm as an associate.
Mr. Butz is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
