M. Esco
Mr.
Esco is a partner in Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli, Esco &
DiMatteo. He has handled all aspects of more than thirty jury and non-jury
trials in state and federal courts, from Key West to Palm Beach County, including
briefs and arguments at the appellate level. Mr. Escos main focus in defending
a case is to develop facts and evidence with an eye toward summary judgment prior
to trial or directed verdict at trial on as many counts as possible. He has also
handled nearly 250 civil mediations, always with his clients' economic interest
at the forefront. With
a work ethic and an attention to detail as the cornerstones of his philosophy
to be more prepared than one's opponent, Mr. Esco is involved primarily in litigation
cases concerning premises liability, major over-the-road transportation accidents,
common carriers, products liability, contract, liquor liability, insurance coverage
issues, nursing home defense, and bad faith disputes. Whether
the client desires a "win at all costs" or a net economic bottom line
approach, great care and extensive personal involvement are provided to all aspects
of defending the claim, including collateral source resolutions, medical evaluation,
IME support, on-site witness/evidence development, motion practice, discovery,
and research. Mr. Esco is of the opinion that an attorney's continued personal
involvement and knowledge regarding each aspect of the case from start to finish
is much better-suited to the client's desire to continually be made aware of all
significant developments in all phases and areas of every claim, be they factual,
medical, or legal. Education:
