Construction
law is primarily concerned with the relationships created when buildings
and other structures are constructed or repaired. The main sources
of construction law are the agreements made by the various parties
to a construction contract. The law firm of Gaebe,

The Construction division is headed up by Michael A. Mullen. Mr.
Mullen has extensive experience in preparing, analyzing, defending,
and prosecuting virtually all types of construction claims, including
differing site conditions, acceleration, changes, defective plans
and specifications, delay, disruption, labor inefficiency, suspension,
and termination. Further, the attorneys at Gaebe,

defending and prosecuting professional malpractice claims arising
out of construction projects as well as defend and/or prosecute
