Hopkins Sherouse
Christi Sherouse is a partner with Gaebe, Mullen,
Antonelli, Esco & DiMatteo. She specializes in the defense of
catastrophic tort, product liability, police practice/civil rights
and bad faith claims. Ms. Sherouse has tried over 70 jury trials
to verdict and has received a rating from Martindale-Hubbell that
indicates she has reached the height of professional excellence
and has been recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.
Ms. Sherouse joined the firm in 1998 after a career
in public service. She spent five years as a Miami-Dade County Assistant
State Attorney where she developed her litigation skills. Ms. Sherouse
then worked as Chief Policy Aide for Miami-Dade County Commissioner
Jimmy L. Morales where she drafted and analyzed legislation. Her
public service continues as a member of the Miami-Dade County Planning
Advisory Board.
Ms. Sherouse is admitted to practice in Florida
State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District
of Florida. She is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association,
Dade County Defense Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, FAWL and
the Florida Bar.
