Cameron W. Wilson

Cameron W. Wilson is an associate at Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo. He handles a wide variety of cases, including first-party insurance coverage disputes, third party insurance defense cases, and plaintiff’s actions. In the area of first-party work, Mr. Wilson defends issuers of homeowner’s and automobile insurance policies against breach of

contract actions, declaratory judgment actions, and petitions to compel appraisal or appoint a neutral umpire. He also assists insurers in investigating claims, determining coverage, and assessing and preventing bad faith disputes. In the area of third-party defense, Mr. Wilson defends insureds against claims of personal injury (including automobile and slip and fall related claims), wrongful death, premises liability, breach of contract, defamation, crop overspray, and all manner of negligence. In the area of plaintiff’s actions, Mr. Wilson pursues his clients’ rights in matters arising from personal injury (including automobile and slip and fall), breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, and other negligence.

Mr. Wilson attended the University of Florida, and is a proud supporter of the Florida Gators. In Gainesville, he worked extensively at non-profit law firm Three Rivers Legal Services representing victims of domestic violence. While there, he also assisted tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Wilson continues his involvement in the community and has donated his time to local charity organization Miami Rescue Mission.

Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the Federal Southern District. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
