Joseph M. Winsby

Joseph “Joe” Winsby is an associate with Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo. Mr. Winsby concentrates his practice in the fields of insurance coverage and bad faith, premises liability, and personal injury. Mr. Winsby graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, ranking cum laude

among his classmates and receiving an honors distinction from the nationally acclaimed Litigation Skills program. While in law school Joe earned a spot on the Dean’s List, and placed as a finalist in appellate argument competitions. Before working as an attorney with Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo, Mr. Winsby provided research and writing support as a clerk for the firm during his last year of law school.

Mr. Winsby remains active in the South Florida community by sitting on the advisory board of the local chapter of his fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha, and participating in the University of Miami School of Law Young Alumni Association. He sits on the board of directors of a student housing non-profit in Burlington, Vermont, the site of his alma mater. Mr. Winsby is an Eagle Scout.

Mr. Winsby is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
