A. Mullen
Michael Mullen is one of the principal
partners of the firm of Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo
and has been the managing partner for the past twenty years. He
has earned a reputation as a tough, successful trial lawyer throughout
the state having tried hundreds of cases. He was instrumental in
expanding the firm’s base practice into Broward, Palm Beach
and Monroe counties and the opening of the West Palm Beach office
to service defense clients’ needs more expeditiously and cost
effectively.
Mr.
Mullen has concentrated his practice in the fields of products liability,
medical malpractice and medical device litigation. As panel counsel
for several commercial carriers, his practice also includes premises
liability, negligent security, construction defect/accidents, liquor
liability, mold litigation, and more recently, sexual abuse, EEOC,
ADA, and civil rights cases. Mr. Mullen has been involved in handling
not only the defense of these large exposure cases, but also insurance
coverage issues as they have related to primary, excess and re-insurance
layers of coverage.
He
is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts
including the United States Court of Appeals-11th Circuit, and the
United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar
Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, American Society
of Law & Medicine, Associates of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association
of Trial Lawyers of America, Coral Gables Bar Association, Dade
County Bar Association, Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, Federal
Bar Association, Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America; Barrister,
