Matthew B. Feldman

Matthew B. Feldman is an associate at Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of general personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, and products liability. Prior to joining Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo, Mr. Feldman spent two and a half years practicing first party insurance defense, with a primary focus on property damage insurance claims.

During law school at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Feldman excelled in the area of Trial Litigation and participated in numerous mock trials. He also volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, fighting for and protecting the rights of children. While in law school, he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers of America, the Jewish Law Student Association, the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and he was a Law Student Advisor, to which he counseled and aided first year law students.

As an undergraduate at Framingham State College in Massachusetts, Mr. Feldman, in addition to achieving the academic honor of being on the Dean's list, and earning degrees in Communication Arts and English, Mr. Feldman played both NCAA baseball and football for the FSC Rams.

Mr. Feldman, born and raised in Miami, Florida, continues to incorporate sports and children into his life by volunteering his time teaching the game of baseball to local youths.

Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
