Matthew C. Martin

Matthew Martin is an associate at Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo. The focus of his practice is civil litigation, and his recent cases have involved nursing home litigation, assisted living facility litigation, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death  litigation, product liability, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, first party property litigation,

construction defect issues, and insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Martin gained valuable experience while in law school by serving as a clerk with the firm for more than three years while simultaneously maintaining a rigorous full-time  course load at the University of Miami. During his time as a clerk, Mr. Martin provided litigation support to the members of the firm, as well as in-depth research and analysis on a wide array of legal issues.

While at the University of Miami, Mr. Martin participated in the school’s esteemed Litigation Skills Program, where he was awarded honors for outstanding academic performance.

Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Coral Gables Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.
