Matthew C. Martin

Matthew Martin is an associate at Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli, Esco, & DiMatteo. His practice focuses primarily in the fields of premises liability, personal injury defense, products liability, insurance defense, nursing home defense, construction defect issues, and insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Martin gained valuable experience while in law school by serving as a clerk with the firm for more than three years while simultaneously maintaining a rigorous full-time course load at the University of Miami. During his time as a clerk, Mr. Martin provided litigation support to the members of the firm, as well as in-depth research and analysis on a wide array of legal issues.

While at the University of Miami, Mr. Martin participated in the school’s esteemed Litigation Skills Program, where he was awarded honors for outstanding academic performance.

Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
