Stephen N. Montalto

Stephen Montalto joined Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli, Esco & DiMatteo in 2006.  Mr. Montalto, who has earned a reputation as a tough, fair and ethical trial attorney for over thirty years, has tried more then 100 jury trials in Miami, Dade, Monroe and Broward Counties.

Mr. Montalto has regularly represented insured and self- insured clients in all aspects of civil litigation matters, with primary emphasis in the personal injury and premises liability fields. He has also successfully defended claims involving products liability, libel and slander, false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault and battery and sovereign immunity.

Mr. Montalto is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals- Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  Mr. Montalto is a State of Florida Certified Mediator in County and Circuit Courts. He is a member of the Coral Gables Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Dade County Defense Bar Association and The Florida Bar. Mr. Montalto is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
