Thomas Ashe

Thomas Ashe joined Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli, Esco & DiMatteo in 2005 and has a diverse and extensive background in civil litigation matters ranging from commercial landlord tenant disputes to securities fraud cases in state and federal courts. In recent years Mr. Ashe has concentrated on personal injury defense with an emphasis on transportation and trucking matters and products liability litigation.

Mr. Ashe is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Coral Gables Bar Association.
