Megan E. Roth is an Associate at the Firm. Based in the Coral Gables Office, Ms. Roth currently focuses her practice in the areas of Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation.

Ms. Roth is a graduate of Florida International University School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate, received honors in Trial Advocacy, Secured Transactions and Criminal Procedure, and competed on the F.I.U. Trial Team. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roth gained extensive litigation experience at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office and, thereafter, as a trial attorney at a small boutique firm in Miami focusing on family law and criminal defense. During her time at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office as well as her prior firm, Ms. Roth gained valuable litigation skills by conducting hundreds of depositions, writing and litigating numerous substantive motions, and trying dozens of cases to verdict as a first chair in both bench and jury trials.
